no one can see you sitting there
turn off your television
get out of your chair
don’t worry about where you’ve been
figure out where you are
if someone asks to see your creativity
don’t play shy or apologize
put it forth as a homage to beauty
spread it out as a prayer carpet
to all you love
every journey is the same
measured by how much you tried
every journey is different
guided by what you love
if a beautiful woman
says you have an honest face
ask her what her name is
if she wants to gift
you some of her time
find a way to receive it
there is nothing to fear
in putting yourself out there
if you put all that you are into trying
don’t worry about reaching your goal
just start moving that way
fate will meet you halfway
